Element Sugarloaf | Hotel King Suite Visualization Concept

Project Type: Hospitality — Hotel Development
Project Reference: Element Sugarloaf, Duluth, Georgia
Services: 4K Interior Architectural Visualization
Project Classification: Independent Proposal Concept

Project Overview

As part of a competitive bidding opportunity for the proposed Element Sugarloaf hotel development in Duluth, Georgia, KBB & Associates independently developed a series of photorealistic 4K interior visualizations illustrating a potential King Guest Suite experience.

Working with limited project documentation, our team combined the available architectural references with research into comparable hospitality interiors and brand design characteristics to develop a cohesive visualization concept.

The objective was to demonstrate our approach to hospitality visualization, including spatial interpretation, material representation, lighting, furniture configuration, and overall guestroom presentation.

These conceptual renderings served as a visual component of our proposal, illustrating how 3D architectural visualization can communicate an interior design direction and support evaluation during the early stages of hotel development.

This project demonstrates KBB's hospitality visualization capabilities and our ability to translate preliminary design information into compelling visual concepts.

Project Note: These visualizations were independently produced for a bidding opportunity and do not represent an approved or final Marriott brand-standard design. The project was not commissioned for final rendering production.
