KBB & Associates partnered with luxury real estate developer Kindle Martin to reimagine an existing living room through a comprehensive 3D virtual renovation, transforming a traditionally divided interior into a sophisticated, open-concept living environment.

The project centered on improving the spatial relationship between the living room and adjoining kitchen while introducing a brighter, more contemporary design aesthetic. The existing space featured a prominent brick fireplace, dark architectural trim, and a conventional layout that limited the visual connection between the two primary living areas.

Our team developed a coordinated renovation concept that explored removing the dividing wall to establish a seamless transition between the kitchen and living room. The proposed transformation incorporated refreshed architectural finishes, lighter wood flooring, an updated fireplace surround, and carefully selected furnishings that balanced contemporary sophistication with everyday comfort.

Through photorealistic 3D visualizations, we illustrated the redesigned environment from multiple perspectives, communicating furniture arrangements, architectural modifications, material finishes, lighting, and the overall spatial experience. A curated selection of statement lighting, contemporary furnishings, and distinctive artwork introduced visual interest while maintaining cohesion throughout the space.

The visualizations provided the client with a comprehensive understanding of the proposed transformation, allowing her to evaluate the open-concept configuration, interior finishes, and design direction before proceeding with construction.
