Project Overview

KBB & Associates collaborated with luxury real estate developer Kindle Martin to develop a comprehensive 3D virtual renovation for her client, Kenji Williams, who wanted to modernize the family room of a newly purchased residence.

The existing space featured a dated black-and-white palette, traditional built-in cabinetry, and a prominent brick fireplace. While the room offered strong architectural features and generous space, the design lacked the warmth, functionality, and cohesive aesthetic needed to support the family's everyday lifestyle.

Our team developed a refreshed interior concept that preserved the room's architectural character while introducing thoughtful improvements to its functionality and visual appeal. The proposed transformation included modernized built-in cabinetry, additional concealed storage, a refinished fireplace with a natural wood mantel, updated lighting, and a more inviting material palette. A redesigned bar area and carefully coordinated furniture selections further enhanced the room's usability and overall composition.

Through photorealistic 3D visualizations, we presented the proposed changes from multiple perspectives, allowing the developer and homeowner to evaluate furniture arrangements, architectural details, finish selections, and spatial relationships before beginning construction.

The resulting visualizations established a cohesive design direction that balanced contemporary refinement with everyday comfort, providing a clear representation of how the existing space could be transformed into a functional, welcoming family environment.
