Luxury Bathroom Transformation | 3D Virtual Renovation

Client: Kindle Martin | Luxury Real Estate Developer
Project Type: Residential Virtual Renovation
Services: 3D Virtual Renovation, Interior Visualization, Finish Direction & Spatial Planning

Project Overview

KBB & Associates partnered with luxury real estate developer Kindle Martin to reimagine an existing bathroom through a detailed 3D virtual renovation, transforming the space into a sophisticated, spa-inspired retreat.

The original bathroom offered a functional layout but lacked the refinement, cohesion, and elevated aesthetic the client envisioned. Our objective was to develop a comprehensive design direction that would modernize the space while preserving its existing footprint and minimizing the need for significant structural modifications.

Through photorealistic 3D visualizations, we explored a refined bathroom concept featuring a fully enclosed glass shower, freestanding soaking tub, contemporary vanities, and an intentionally curated combination of materials and finishes. Architectural detailing, modern lighting, and contrasting fixtures introduced greater visual interest while maintaining a calm, cohesive atmosphere.

The visualizations provided a clear representation of the proposed transformation, allowing the client to evaluate material selections, fixture placement, spatial relationships, and the overall design direction before construction.

This project demonstrates how 3D virtual renovation can transform existing residential environments into clearly defined design concepts, supporting informed decisions, reducing uncertainty, and providing greater confidence before physical renovations begin.
