Grand Entryway Transformation | 3D Virtual Renovation

This 3D virtual renovation was commissioned by Kindle Martin, a luxury developer whose client, Kenji, had just purchased a new home. The home was beautiful and had great bones, but it needed some much-needed modern updates. Before committing to construction, they required a clear and cohesive vision for transforming the grand entryway, anchored around a statement chandelier that the client already owned.

We started the process with an in-depth consultation to grasp Kenji’s aesthetic goals, challenges, and inspirations. From there, we managed the entire visualization process—utilizing our project management systems, built-in quality assurance, and structured QA workflows to ensure alignment at every step. As always: no oversight required.

To reimagine the space, we introduced elegant wainscoting along the walls and staircase, layered over a bold black-and-white marble checkerboard floor for contrast, and incorporated custom black accents throughout—including a new modern black front door, a black-framed glass office door, black stairs, and black iron balusters and railings. To balance the striking architecture, the entry decor was kept intentionally minimal—creating an elevated, editorial look that felt bold yet refined.

The final outcome was a set of photorealistic 3D renderings that provided both Kenji and Kindle with complete clarity before a single tile was laid, along with a comprehensive materials list that corresponds to the finishes displayed in the visuals, allowing them to bring the design to life with confidence and ease.
