CA Student Living | 3D Pre-Leasing Visualization

Before KBB & Associates, there was 3D 4 Real — my first solo venture where it all began. One of our earliest large-scale milestones came in 2016 when CA Ventures tapped us to produce a full suite of photo-realistic visuals for their new student housing development under the CA Student Living brand.

The goal? Help create vivid 3D renderings of a new student housing development to be used for marketing and pre-leasing efforts before construction, while maintaining alignment with brand standards and clearly communicating lifestyle, layout, and energy.

We delivered a cohesive visual story, including renderings of the exterior, leasing office, fitness center, study rooms, and fully furnished student units. Every detail—from material finishes to lighting and layout—was carefully designed to reflect both the aesthetic and lifestyle of the community.
