Visuals That Drive Investment: A Golf Range Story

This project was a standout from my time at 3D4Real. April Braxton reached out on behalf of her father, who had a vision for building a driving range—but only a hand-drawn sketch to communicate it. The challenge was clear: turn that rough concept into a compelling visual that could help secure investment.

We began with a deep-dive consultation to understand the intent, and since April was new to 3D visualization, I walked her through the process step by step. With no design elements or materials provided, my team and I sourced everything—from layout details to environmental styling. The final deliverables included two renderings: a wide-angle shot showing the full scope of the range and a close-up featuring a golfer teeing off, capturing the experience in motion.

These photorealistic renderings became the cornerstone of their pitch, turning abstract ideas into a concrete, shareable vision that brought credibility, excitement, and clarity to the project.
