Vibrant Living: Bringing Student Spaces To Life

Before founding KBB & Associates, I was the co-owner of GPS, a 3D visualization studio. During my time there, with GPS, we had the opportunity to partner with Lamar Design, an architectural firm, to create photorealistic 3D visualizations for a new student housing development.

For this project, Lamar Design supplied the architectural drawings for a new student housing development. Our duty was to produce photorealistic 3D renderings that the developer could use for marketing, pre-leasing, and investor presentations.

By transforming the architectural plans into vivid, lifelike visuals, we emphasized the modern design and community-oriented features of the development. The exterior renderings captured the energy and vibrancy of student life, while the interior visuals highlighted the thoughtfully designed living spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas.

This project represented a significant milestone in my 3D visualization journey, highlighting the importance and impact of visual clarity in real estate marketing and design. I'm proud to have partnered with Lamar Design to bring this vision to life.
