Student Housing Development | Architectural Visualization

Architectural Partner: Lamar Design
Project Type: Commercial Real Estate Development — Student Housing
Services: Interior & Exterior 3D Architectural Visualization
Project Focus: Pre-Construction Marketing, Pre-Leasing & Investor Presentations

Project Overview

In collaboration with Lamar Design, an architectural firm, KBB & Associates' founder led a comprehensive 3D architectural visualization engagement for a new student housing development.

Working from architectural drawings provided by Lamar Design, the project involved transforming technical design documentation into photorealistic visualizations that would support the developer's marketing, pre-leasing initiatives, and investor presentations before construction.

The visualization scope encompassed exterior perspectives of the proposed residential community, showcasing multiple buildings, landscaped streetscapes, pedestrian areas, and recreational amenities. Daytime and evening renderings captured the development's architectural character and community atmosphere from different perspectives.

Interior visualizations complemented the exterior imagery, presenting furnished living spaces, bedrooms, and bathrooms with detailed representations of materials, lighting, furniture arrangements, and spatial functionality.

The project was managed through coordinated visualization production, quality assurance, client communication, and final delivery, ensuring a cohesive collection of presentation-ready architectural visuals.

Together, these visualizations communicated the development's architectural vision, helping prospective residents, investors, and project stakeholders better understand the proposed community before construction.

This project demonstrates the commercial architectural visualization expertise that continues to shape KBB & Associates today—combining technical design interpretation, coordinated project execution, and compelling visual communication to support real estate development objectives.
