A Sophisticated Bathroom Overhaul | 3D Renovation

This bathroom transformation was part of a larger 3D renovation series completed for luxury real estate developer Kindle Martin. From the beginning, our team kicked off with a deep-dive consultation to understand her vision: a refreshed, elegant space that didn’t require significant structural changes—just wise, high-impact design choices.

Working within the existing layout, we introduced a fully enclosed modern shower accented with complementary stonework, a freestanding tub framed by a striking white wood slat accent wall, and sleek, mid-century-inspired vanities topped with brushed gold hardware. The floor was finished with soft gray marble, establishing a serene, upscale foundation for the space.

To layer in personality, we incorporated a confident palette of matte black fixtures and modern gold accents, paired with a standout lighting feature: five pendant lights artfully grouped above each vanity, creating a custom, high-end look. Small details, like a freestanding black towel rack and thoughtfully sourced decor, added polish without visual clutter.

Because this was a done-for-you Kitchen Kingdom project, Kindle didn’t have to lift a finger. We handled every detail—from layout planning and visualizations to a sourcing-ready materials list—giving her complete clarity and confidence before construction ever began.
